    Change your password, turn on two-step verification, generate recovery codes and see the tenants you belong to.

    The Meu Perfil (My Profile) page holds your account settings: password, two-step verification and the list of tenants you belong to.

    Change your password

    1. Go to Meu Perfil.
    2. Enter your current password and the new password.
    3. Confirm the change. Advisor shows Senha alterada. As suas outras sessões foram encerradas. (Password changed. Your other sessions were ended.)

    The new password must have:

    Content At least one letter and one number
    Maximum length 72 bytes

    Turn on two-step verification

    Two-step verification asks, in addition to your password, for a 6-digit code generated by an authenticator app on your phone.

    1. Go to Meu Perfil and start turning on two-step verification.
    2. In your authenticator app, scan the QR code shown. If you cannot scan it, select Não consegue ler o QR? (Cannot scan the QR code?) and type the manual key into the app.
    3. In Código do aplicativo (App code), enter the 6-digit code the app shows and confirm.
    4. Save the recovery codes shown next.

    Recovery codes

    Recovery codes let you sign in when your authenticator app is not available.

    • There are 8 codes, shown only once. Save them somewhere safe before leaving the screen.
    • Each code has 16 characters in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Spaces and hyphens are ignored when you type it.
    • Each code works only once.

    To replace the set, select Gerar novos códigos (Generate new codes). All old codes stop working.

    Turn off two-step verification

    1. Go to Meu Perfil and start turning off two-step verification.
    2. Enter the Senha atual (Current password) and a verification code.
    3. Confirm.

    If any tenant you belong to requires two-step verification, turning it off is blocked with the message Um dos seus tenants exige a verificação em duas etapas, então ela não pode ser desativada. (One of your tenants requires two-step verification, so it cannot be turned off.)

    Sign-in through your company SSO

    If you sign in through your company SSO, Meu Perfil shows Login pela sua empresa (Sign-in through your company). Password and two-step verification are managed in your company's identity provider, not in Advisor. To change either, contact your company's IT team.

    My tenants

    The Meus tenants (My tenants) section lists the tenants you belong to, each with an Ativo (Active) or Inativo (Inactive) badge.

    When you belong to more than one tenant, a selector shows up at the top of the sidebar. Use it to switch tenants. Your choice is remembered in the browser.
