The **Riscos** (Risks) screen is the operational queue of settings below expectations in your Cloudflare account, across all connectors. Each row is an unmet recommendation in a zone, with the points the score gains from the fix.

For decision makers, the queue shows where the risk is and what the fix is worth. For the people doing the work, each risk includes the observed value and the remediation steps.

## Read the queue

The subtitle shows **N riscos abertos** (N open risks). With a filter on, it shows **X de N riscos abertos** (X of N open risks).

The number on the **Riscos** item in the sidebar is the count of risks with **Crítica** (Critical) criticality.

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Criticidade** (Criticality) | **Crítica** (Critical), **Alta** (High), **Média** (Medium) or **Baixa** (Low). |
| **Recomendação** (Recommendation) | What should be configured. |
| **Zona** (Zone) | The zone where the risk was found. |
| **Pilar** (Pillar) | The rule's pillar. |
| **Conector** (Connector) | The connection the data came from. |
| **Detectado em** (Detected on) | When the risk appeared. |
| **Impacto** (Impact) | How many points the score gains from the fix, in the format **+N pts**. |

To sort by a column, select its header. The default order is by criticality, highest first.

## Filter

| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| **Buscar risco ou recurso…** (Search risk or resource) | Searches the risk title and the zone name. |
| Criticality | **Criticidade: todas** (all), **Crítica**, **Alta**, **Média**, **Baixa**. |
| Pillar | **Pilar: todos** (all) or one pillar. |
| Zone | **Zona: todas** (all) or one zone. |
| Connector | **Conector: todos** (all) or one connection. |

**Limpar filtros** (Clear filters) returns to the full queue.

Filters live in the page address. Copy the link to share the same view with other users in the tenant.

## Open a risk

Select a row to see the details.

- If the risk is about a DNS record, Advisor opens the zone's **Registros DNS** (DNS records) tab, already filtered. Refer to [Zone details](/en/advisor/cloudflare/detalhe-da-zona/).
- Otherwise, it opens a side panel with the risk details.

### The risk panel

| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | **Parcial** (Partial) or **Não conforme** (Non-compliant). |
| **Valor observado** (Observed value) | What Advisor read in the zone configuration. |
| **Por que corrigir** (Why fix it) | The reason for the recommendation. |
| **Remediação guiada** (Guided remediation) | Numbered steps to fix it in the Cloudflare dashboard. |
| **Regra:** (Rule:) | The rule key in Advisor's rule set. |
| **Impacto no score:** (Score impact:) | The points the score gains from the fix, in the format **+N pts**. |

Remediation is guidance. Advisor does not change your Cloudflare account. The fix is made in the Cloudflare dashboard and shows up in Advisor on the next collection. The **Corrigir automaticamente (em breve)** (Fix automatically, coming soon) button is not available yet.

## Accept a risk

A known and tolerated risk can be accepted. The rule leaves the score calculation until the acceptance is undone or until the expiry date, if there is one. For the full concept, refer to [Risks and acceptance](/en/advisor/conceitos/riscos-e-aceite/).

The **Aceitar risco** (Accept risk) button only shows up when the rule can be accepted and your role has the permission to accept risks, such as **Tenant Admin**. Refer to [Roles and permissions](/en/advisor/referencia/papeis-e-permissoes/).

1. Open the risk and select **Aceitar risco**.
2. In the **Aceitar risco "…"** window, fill in **Justificativa (obrigatória)** (Justification, required). The field cannot be empty.
3. (Optional) To set a deadline, fill in **Expira em (opcional; depois disso a regra volta a pontuar)** (Expires on, optional; after that the rule scores again) with a future date.
4. Select **Aceitar risco**. To cancel, select **Cancelar** (Cancel).

Advisor shows the confirmation **Risco aceito. A recomendação saiu do cálculo do score.** (Risk accepted. The recommendation left the score calculation.)

Rules that take points off the score, the penalties, cannot be accepted. They only stop counting once the configuration is fixed.
