The **Vencimentos** (Expirations) page shows when the registration of each domain in your zones expires and sends notices to the chosen notification destinations before expiration.

## Before you start

- To see the page, you need the `domains.expiry.read` permission. To change notices, you need `domains.expiry.write`. The **Tenant Admin** role has both. **Tenant User** has read-only access.
- To receive notices, register at least one [notification destination](/en/advisor/administracao/locais-de-notificacao/).

## How domains are added

Domains are not added manually. They are added automatically when the Cloudflare zones are synced. The first registry lookup runs within about an hour.

To look up a domain's registration outside that cycle, select **Verificar agora** (Check now) on the domain's row.

## Set up notices

1. Go to **Administração** (Administration) > **Notificações** (Notifications) > **Vencimentos**.
2. On the **Avisos de vencimento** (Expiration notices) card, turn on **Avisar sobre vencimentos** (Notify about expirations).
3. Under **Faixas de aviso** (Notice ranges), select how many days before expiration the notice is sent.
4. Under **Locais de notificação** (Notification destinations), choose the recipients.
5. Select **Salvar** (Save).

The expired-domain notice is always sent, regardless of the selected ranges.

With notices turned off, no notice is sent. Expirations remain visible on the page.

## Lookup states

When the expiration date does not show, the row shows one of these states:

| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Aguardando consulta** (Awaiting lookup) | The domain was added recently and the first lookup has not run yet. |
| **Data não publicada** (Date not published) | The registry answered, but does not publish the expiration date. |
| **Não encontrado no registro** (Not found in registry) | The lookup did not find the domain in the registry. |
| **TLD sem consulta pública** (TLD without public lookup) | The domain's extension does not offer a public lookup of the date. |
