The **Auditoria** (Audit) page shows who did what in the tenant, from where and with what result. The trail is kept for 365 days.

## Before you start

You need the `audit.read` permission. The **Tenant Admin** role has it.

## Search the trail

1. Go to **Administração** (Administration) > **Acesso** (Access) > **Auditoria**.
2. Choose the period.
3. Type in the search box. Free text searches all fields. A segment in the `field:value` format searches only that field.

The search accepts several combined segments, for example: `email:ana@x.com ip:203.0.113. resultado:denied`. Use quotes for values with spaces.

## Search segments

| Segment | Searches | Example |
|---|---|---|
| `email` | Email of whoever performed the action. Accepts part of the email. | `email:ana@x.com` |
| `ator` or `id` | ID of whoever performed the action. | `ator:<id>` |
| `ip` | Source IP. A prefix covers the whole range. | `ip:203.0.113.` |
| `req` | Request ID. | `req:<id>` |
| `acao` | Recorded action. | `acao:<action>` |
| `resultado` | Result of the action. | `resultado:denied` |
| `tenant` | Tenant where the action happened. | `tenant:<id>` |
| `tipo` | Target type of the action. | `tipo:<type>` |
| `alvo` | Target ID of the action. | `alvo:<id>` |
| `metodo` | HTTP method of the request. | `metodo:POST` |
| `rota` | Route of the request. Accepts part of the route. | `rota:<route>` |

## Results

| Result | In the search | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| **Sucesso** (Success) | `resultado:success` | The action was completed. |
| **Negado** (Denied) | `resultado:denied` | The action was refused. |
| **Falha** (Failure) | `resultado:failure` | The action was attempted and failed with an error. |

## Period

| Option | Range |
|---|---|
| **Últimas 24 horas** (Last 24 hours) | The last day. |
| **Últimos 7 dias** (Last 7 days) | The last week. This is the default. |
| **Últimos 30 dias** (Last 30 days) | The last month. |
| **Todo o histórico** (Full history) | Everything stored, up to 365 days. |
| **Período personalizado** (Custom period) | The dates you choose. |

## Advanced filters

To build the search field by field, select **Filtros avançados** (Advanced filters). The drawer has the same segments as the search, grouped by actor, action and target, denied request and period.

1. Fill in the relevant fields.
2. Select **Aplicar filtros** (Apply filters).

To go back to the full trail, select **Limpar tudo** (Clear all).

Filters are kept in the page address. Copy the link to share the same search with someone else in the tenant.
